Well, I’m fully qualified, insured and safety checked. I’ve gained a lot of experience over the last 16 years in public (police, NHS and teaching) and customer service roles. Experiences that have taught me to build TRUST and EMPATHY through ACCOIUNTABILITY and PROFESSIONLISM, with INTEGRITY.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes for them. It may reduce anxiety and improve overall wellbeing. The popularity of neuro-linguistic programming or NLP has become widespread since it started in the 1970s.
Individuals that feel a deep need for change but feel that their is something holding them back. NLP can help with wide range of situations from communication problems with a spouse or work colleague, phobias, letting go of a loved one, to looking at your dream job that you’ve always told yourself “No” or “maybe one day”
A life coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives in order to attain greater fulfilment. A good coach is there to be your mirror. Listening very carefully to what is being said and whats not being said to help the client move towards those goals!
Those of you who wish to move forward with a positive attitude and are ready for change. Life coaching works best when you are open minded and are willing to look at life and yourself with a different perspective. Professionals in particular can reap great rewards from these sessions. Whether that be a complete change in career, meeting daily domestic/family goals or moving up the ladder for promotion. Anyone who is at the point looking for new horizons can benefit.

This is the first time I have tried life coaching and I can’t recommend Simon enough. After giving up my dream job I felt completely lost and had no self esteem/ confidence and didn’t know what direction my life was headed in. During our sessions Simon was very empathetic and listened carefully to everything I was saying. Simon used the skills he had learnt during his training to help me re-focus and highlight the positive things in my life.
